Flash Tutorials

The illusion of movement is done by setting up keyframes on certain frames. Motion tweens are created by going to insert, timeline, motion tween. You create a guide path and draw it using the pencil tool. Making sure it is snapped to the path. The makes the images have motion on the stage.

This is a flash animation. The dancer moves by placing a key frame on frame 2 then placing a copy of the dancer on top, deleting the previous one. Then a keyframe is added to frame 3, deleting the previous one on that as well. The animated effect gives the illusion of movement.

I used the rectangle and elipse tools to make the various rectangles and circles to create the robot. I chose the colors that filled in the shapes by clicking on a color in the swatches panel.

I used place and the fit the illustration proportionately options to make the picture of the lizard fit in the frame. I used the place and direct selection tool to move the images to specific part in the smaller picture frames. I edited the text in the control panel by increasing the font and changing the fill color in the swatches panel. I added the drop shadows to the curved line and sun by going to the options menu and clicking drop shadow.
